| This is a self-portrait, taken at Oxbow Meadows (I'm sitting at the base of the tree on the left). This is the nice camouflage leaf suit that Beth gave me for my birthday. Beats the heck out of trying to shoot wildlife while wearing a red Hawaiian shirt (which I've actually done once or twice, believe it or not). Now if I can only get my camera and tripod to blend in this well. I'm working on it... several companies make nice camo covers for lenses and tripod legs, I'm just trying to decide whether to spend the money or make my own. |
