Up 08 12 Cranes Prev Next Slideshow

I went back a few days later to photograph the cranes... my fourth day. By this time the flock had grown from five to eighteen individuals, and I was starting to hope that they might actually spend the winter with us. This shot was taken on a dark, overcast day... the slow shutter speed caused a lot of blurring but there is something about the image that I kinda like.
