| Here is a view of the 13th Street dam and some of the Columbus factory buildings which are gradually being rebuilt for apartments and shops. Columbus has plans to remove several dams in order to return part of the river to it's natural state, a whitewater rapids... I'm not certain if this is one of those dams or not. |
